Wow, those are really beautiful. What do you wear green shoes with, though?

Navy, as lasbar suggests, is really stunning with dark green. But also mid/dark grey, and tan/brown. Dark green is pretty versatile. If you think about how many outfits work with a green jumper, or a green tie... well, the same applies to a pair of shoes (if used sparingly, that is).

Perhaps you prefer the "Cocteau" production of the brothers Corthay ?

Perhaps you prefer the Vendome solution from Corthay' brothers. It's a Richelieu golf without perforations ?

Georges you must stop this its killing me!! Too much beauty in one thread!

I don't own any Corthay and am pretty much shoe-ed out with my Edward Greens and Gaziano and Girlings but I must say that I have drooled over the Corthay's I've seen on Leffot's website.

Pierre certainly knows how to craft an elegant, stunning, beautiful shoe. I love them all!

+1 Those are things of beauty ... I feel the same about some Vass I have - but I'll wear them when the time is right. If not, something for posterity.

The Corthay brothers are very talented...

They have very nice shoes in their shop and it is always a pleasure to go to Rue de Volnay to have a peek at them..

I think the Arca is their most iconic model. I just think the 001 has too sharp of a side wall for my taste and I like chisel toed shoes. You don't like the 002 Arca?
