It's sophomore year for me, so it's time to get serious. I'm still unsure what I want/love to do. Right now, my major is unofficially Finance/Accounting.

Any more advice would be much appreciated.

I would say talk to as many people as you can, including people in finance/accounting and doing other things. Sophomore year is a great time to get started. By the time you graduate and are unemployed... fewer people will be excited to talk to you.

Networking is very good scope for future and I think in all colleges this subject should be started. Most of the guys are going for it and learning it from outside source so if it will be available in college students will easily learn it.

For girls, if she is hot and intelligent, she is in. For guys you have to do a little bit better. That's what I look for anyway when I do recruiting.

How often does that happen?
