Couldn't find any threads like this so I decided this should be made...

I'm going to NYC in about a month, and I was wondering what shops I should hit. I know some stores that I want to check out, but I haven't really found a comprehensive NYC shop list (There's 3 shops in NYC on the SF map..)

Brands I like are pretty much styleforum regulars -- BoO, WWM, EG, NdG, W+H and a lot of J.Crew (I'm on a high school student's budget, but I've saved up for this trip).

I'm looking for shops that stock those brands, other than the ones that are already discussed a lot, like Odin, Den, NdG, Jean Shop, OC, etc etc..

Here's some stuff that I plan on getting in NYC but don't know where to find:
W+H boots, or Alden Indys
Quoddy bluchers/boat shoes
Tsovet or similar style watch

I'll probably think of some more stuff later, but I appreciate all the help I can get.. I've been to NYC once and was only there for 2 days, so I'm pretty much clueless towards where everything is. Thanks!

This is because the SW&D map was started with the intent of finding stores not located in NY or LA. Superfuture has perhaps the definitive shop list.

Uniqlo is a must-visit.

If you're game for the big department stores, there are a lot of insane sales going on right now, and it's just fun to visit Bergdorf or the Barney's flagship.

Thanks, but I've looked at that as well. I guess the main point of my thread was the last part of my original post -- to get help finding stuff I haven't been able to through searching.
