Hello,
So I just received in the mail today a shirt I picked up off ebay from a seller with over 2000 positive feedback, and no negative, marked Brand New/NWT in the auction with pictures of the item in some state of packaging (in opened plastic with card board and such around the collar), and yet the shirt is not new... Two of the buttons are chipped, the cuffs have clearly been pressed at a cleaner, no tags to be found despited its NWT description, and I'm not sure if it's the lighting/my eyes but the color under the arms seems slightly off white/yellowish as well.
I really liked the shirt and it fills a whole in my wadrobe, but I'm pretty pissed at the situation. I got it for, what would've been a great price had it actually been NWT, $30 something plus shipping. I'll be messaging the seller, but should I report this, ask for a refund, a discount, etc.?
Ugh, just needed to vent as this is the second of recent purchases to have issues (the other on this forum)...
