I couldn't find a thread on this topic in a search. Some similar ones, but not a skyline thread.

So let's see some of your favorite skylines.

I like Chicago:

For a city with a sub 130,000 population I have to go with Hartford's.

On a clear and brisk 57° F (<+13° C) afternoon last February, I snapped this image of San Diego from Fort Rosecrans on Point Loma. The image encompasses only the downtown area. My home in La Jolla is almost ten minutes north by car. Normally the winter skies are not this clear. The snow-dusted Cuyamaca Mountains are some forty miles distant.

From all of the places I've been, I think only one skyline has really amazed me and that's Hong Kong. Whether it's from Kowloon or Victoria Peak, there's an amazing view. I love Chicago's skyline, too but Hong Kong is in a different World.

^^ The quality of the pic is garbage and there's more buildings now, but you get the idea. Mt. Evans in the background is about 30-35 miles to the west. This is a better idea of the current skyline (and a lovely nighttime pic):
