Zegna suit jack divots: Ebay steal or return/trash??

It matters because he paid for X and got Y. That alone should piss him off. OTOH while the add heading was misleading he did post the pictures of the label. So the buyer is at least in part at fault.

Not always. There is no shortage of z-zegna suits that do not say "z-zegna" but simply say "zegna" superimposed over a big Z.

Look carefully. The pics clearly show the blue "cloth" tag. Suits made by Zegna never have the blue tag or the reddish brown "Tessuto" tag. In fact, given that the pictures tried to darken that tag (there is ample lighting everywhere else), I'd almost say that that's misleading. In any case, calling a Zegna cloth suit a Zegna suit is misleading, period. This is probably the best reference there is: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=63972

So, same thing on this Etro? Too bad it's the nicest suit I own! Weird these are tight on my chest and don't fit my shoulders.
