Thoughts on this Brioni?

Does this Brioni Traiano look dated? I don't have facts on the age and the gorge is not as high as the NWT Traiano I have seen. It looks ok to my semi-neophyte eye but I'd appreciate your input because I don't want to wear an obviously dated-looking suit. Otherwise, assuming condition and fit are good (always big assumptions) I may have scored the suit I have been searching for for months!
Thanks

I'm a bit suspicious of the tag... where is this at?

If anything, the wide chalkstripe looks a bit dated to me. There's a flannel jacket at Banana Republic with a similar stripe, and I can't say it's a good look to my eyes.

I don't find it dated; the gorge isn't the very-high style that's now in fashion, but it seems fine to me. I am, however, suspicious of the tag.

The jacket has a Niemans label and the typical Brioni lining so I was not concerned about authenticity. But given that two of you question tag, can you tell me why it raises a red flag for you?

Thanks

The jacket looks fine to my eyes, both cut and material look current. In fact, the material is somewhat of a classic.
