I've know of Sonny by reputation for some time, but after getting some of his albums and watching these YouTube vids, I had a revelation. I can confidently proclaim that he is the greatest blues harp player ever. Ridiculous. Nine Below Zero

Very sad that no one else has posted in this thread. IMO, Sonny was the best harp player in blues history. I've never heard that tone from someone else. Remarkable, srsly.
