These boots have only been worn around my house for less then an hour. There are a few small scuffs and stuff but nothing worth mentioning that I see. They are polished leather but I have not polished them myself at all.

No, but my parents house has old tiled floors and a deck I went out on to snap some shots (They did not turn out to well so I was not sure if they would be helpful.) and I walked around the apartment I sublet in NYC for a bit... I just told my roommate she has to leave next month because she trashes the place when I am not there and does not clean at all. The floors are old, falling apart, and really dirty, I am hardly there so there is not much I can do about it.

hey there, I wear size 10.5/11 in street shoes and they fit PERFECT. My normal boot size seems to be around 43 or size 10 (for a comfortable snug fit) and in dress shoes I have always worn 10.5 at the smallest.
