This is my first made-to-measure shirt. What do you guys think? Any suggestions for improvements?

I am no expert by any means but I suspect you need a bit more space in the waist if you want avoid the bunching up of fabric in the back.

A split yoke would be much more visually appealing both from the front and back, particularly for non-plain fabric. Also pattern matching. I would request all future shirts to be constructed this way and if the tailor refuses either, I would go elsewhere.
