Marzullo jacket and coat quality?

I was looking at this coat on eBay...

I need a casual tan coat and this would do the trick. For the price, I wouldn't expect too much, but I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with the brand. I can't find much online to go from - seems Marzullo tried expanding their line for a while but then decided to stick with ties? There's also a corduroy coat that I'm thinking about, though I'm not over the top about the sepia color...

Save my money or go for it? I don't need top of the line for either, but if it's just department store quality, I'd rather pay more for something better.
