No. I have a 16" neck, a 43" chest, and a 35" waist, and they're considerably too big.

By "considerably too big", I guess I mean that they're pretty roomy. Nothing like a Barba, for example, which is a shirt that is so small that I absolutely cannot wear it.

No I would not call them slim. I have one in a 16 neck and needed to get the waist taken in like most other 'normal American' cut shirts. Perhaps this was a shirt produced for the American market; i'm not sure if they have different cuts depending on the market (American v. Euro).

I have a slender build - 6', 170 - with a 33 inch waist. I wear a 15.5/34 and I find Isaia shirts a bit on the slim side.

The two I have are pretty slim. Not sure if they were made for the US market or not. Almost as slim as my Barba shirts and considerably slimmer than my Borrelli shirts

I'd describe them as neither slim nor baggy (I'm a 15 neck). They are comparable in fit to my Lorenzini/RLPL shirts. For slimmer, go with Barba or (even slimmer) Finamore.

Why not just have some made, with a 1/16 of an inch tolerence of your skin measurements?

Isaia has three fits. American ( Full cut), European (Slim) and Italian (Very fitted). I personally prefer the Slim fit.

I don't own any but have tried on a couple. They were somewhat slim but not as fitted as I thought they would be.
