Inspiration & suggestions to match a brown Montedoro jacket

Hi all, I'm new to SF but have been a casual reader for some years now. A few months back I acquired a brown cotton DB jacket from Montedoro (part of the slowear group) and haven't been getting all that much wear from it. I've mainly worn it with jeans and a white dress shirt no tie and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for smart causal looks? I purchased the below tie from Kent Wang today which i think will look great with the jacket and a pale blue dress shirt.

Does anyone own a similar jacket or have any suggestions for trousers / shirts?

Definitely stick with rough/casual ties, like knits or shantung. Linen ties will work as well. Light to midgray unworsted woll trousers (check Howard Yount). You could also wear chinos, olive or khaki provided the khaki gives enough contrast. A blue shirt in something rougher like oxford cloth.
