what used to take me about 10 minutes is now taking me > 1.5 hrs. In general, these are the things I usually do before going out (e.g. date, party, dinner, etc): * hit the gym for about 45-60 minutes, it picks me up, makes my skin look vibrant and I feel good when my muscle aches

* go home and take a shower (5 minutes) * if wash hair -> blow dry -> apply hair wax (5 minutes) * shave, I only shave every second day and I have very little facial hair (1 minute) * put moisturiser on my face (1-2 minutes) * spray some fragrance, a couple of eye drops (2 - 3 minutes) * get dressed, this often turns into a mini workout, and by this stage I'm usually starting to feel hungary. (10-20 minutes depending whether I had prior planning) The bright side is I no longer need to twist my thumbs while I wait for my girlfriend to get ready, its now the other way around!

5 minutes in the shower, 5 minutes selecting my clothes, 10 minutes for my breakfast ...That was when I was without kids...

Now? Could be a lot longer very soon..

30 minutes, including shaving and the time it takes me to make a drink. 40 if I have to iron something.

Maybe twenty minutes if I'm dressing casually, an hour if I am trying to look good. Most of the extra time comes from shaving, etc.

Depends what I am wearing....casual, no more than 20 minutes, formal no more than 40 minutes usually.

Why would you include a work out before you go out
