I'm 6'1"/6'2", between 180 and 190 pounds. Not sure on weight because I don't have a scale at the moment and have lost a fair bit of fat since I started eating paleo.

6' 01", 176 lbs.

In the near term I want to add about 20 lbs of muscle and lose about 10 lbs of body fat, so I'd like to weigh in at about 185 with 10% or less body fat.

I'd never want to be massive (I'd rather train for strength and power than for size), and ultimately I'd like to reduce body fat as low as is reasonably possible for some one in their mid-40s.

My weight/build has varied a crazy amount over the last few years. 4 years ago I was 160 and thought I was big (as a personal trainer), 3 years ago I was 148-150 lbs and had no idea how skinny I was because nobody is muscular in Korea, and over the last 2 years I've been slowly building up to where I am now. My goal is a lean 180 lbs.

5'8", 161 lbs prolly 11 % bf - can't imagine being much smaller than this without being a complete pencilpusher.

6' @ 170lbs with around 7 to 8% body fat. I'd hoping to add another 10lbs of muscle over winter and spring.
