does anyone knows a hompage that shows when in the next time sales start in vancouver, seattle and san francisco?

I think you mean a website, not a homepage.

A homepage is the first thing that pops up when you open your browser.

I highly doubt there is one website out there that has the information you want, especially being that the three locations are not even in the same state. I think it'll be even hard to find a blog that has the information you seek, for the same aforementioned reason.

Your best bet is to do your own homework....find the stores that you like from each location and bookmark their websites and periodically check in to see if there's a sale.

Checking in every now and then to the official sale thread on this board may help as well.

since i am only on vacation i hoped to find this kind of info anywhere.
the only sale i know right now about is the barneys warehouse sale in sf.
