A few months ago, a gentleman came to me with shoes ,then... he said me:
Could you repair these shoes? Uhm ...... shoes were very good, made to measure, but they were in very bad condition.
I said, I can repair it but it´s a very expensive repair..... no matter the money! he said. Well.... "paying you are king for me" and here I leave a short summary of the repair.

These were the shoes.

And this was the repair.
First fix their molds and put them as, after cutting the rear mold to cut the mode of the blades, linings and rear strip.
I was lucky because I had a very similar other skin and a touch of ink they would be perfect.

I had to change plants, buttresses, caps, soles and heels and all sewn by hand.

Spain it seems.

Great job, but not sure whether it was worth it - I guess the guy was happy and that's what counts.
