Looking for good food blogs - not food Appreciation egullet and the like, but interesting, educational food sites.

These are two that I frequent for example:

http://ruhlman.com/ Consistent, interesting posts and recipes that have all turned out to be winners.

http://curedmeats.blogspot.com An invaluable resource for me as I've started attempting to cure my own meats.

What do you guys read?

Linecook 415 used to be great. The guy is the sous chef at Nopa in San Fran. But a few months ago he started working on his own venture, a popup ramen stand to open in the ferry building in the next couple of weeks, and hasn't had time to update. Still a very good place for insight into the back of the house.

i like carol blymire's alinea blog, too ... maybe even more interesting than when she cooked through the french laundry book, because the ingredients are so unusual.
