Any OTR suits with pleats?

I am in the market for a few suits and noticed almost everyone has shifted to flat front pants, even in the non-slim fits. Pleats fit me much better. But BB, J Press, Nordstrom, etc only seem to offer flat front pants. Does anyone know of any quality makers doing pleats OTR, or do I need to go MTM? Thanks!

Many Italian makers have pleated pants, although those made for the
US market usually come with flat fronts.

RL is another option. Purple label tends to lean more Neapolitan in that sense. Not sure if you’re trying to stick to a budget, but you might be able to find some on sale.

Sartoriale is another good source of high-end Italian clothing.
In my experience their service is excellent.
