AAUp for sale is a first-quality, new-in-box pair of Loake Dorchester in black calf. This is from Loake's 1880 line, which is their top line. IMHO these are slightly better in quality than your typical AE shoe, e.g., the Park Avenue.
Shoes have been tried on, but never worn, there is a tiny bit of shop wear.

Size is UK9F. The Mayfair last is longish, so these would probably fit a US10D or maybe even a US10.5C.
Outsole measurements: length 12 5/8 inch or 321 mm width (widest point) 4 3/8 inch or 111 mm
Inside measurements (approx.): length: 12 inch or 305mm width: 4 1/8 inch or 105mm
