I dont understand why are you so critical of Indochino? My experience with them was extremely positive, I just ordered 9th suit from them. They provide a great product combined with amazing customer service. So your attacks are clearly unfair, claiming they don't provide a truly "bespoke" product.- Tifochka

does anyone know how much it costs to ship back? this sounds like a very inefficient process and possibly a costly one with the shipping fees. You get your remade suit first, and then, when everything is fine, you send back your ill fitting suit, so except some postage expense, it works ok.- Tifochka
