Not my experience, unfortunately. In fact, on subsequent orders I've had to adjust the jacket length for MTOs accordingly. Not sure why... but Malik suggested to do this (he has since left).- Maximus Rex

I have found that for the RTW jackets, the length shown is from the top of the collar. For MTOs the length is from the bottom of the collar. Learned that the hard way, lol.- Maximus Rex

Ordered (and received) a RTW sportcoat from S&M (I usually get MTOs, but this Harris Tweed looked nice). It came with 3 buttons on each sleeve, as opposed to 4. Is S&M shipping their jackets with 3 buttons per sleeve now?- Maximus Rex
