Looking for some hawk eyes to ID these shoes. The boat chukka is driving me mad - i've seen 4 or 5 people wearing them but can't find them anywhere. Any ID's get huge respect as these have defeated me. Attachment 61641 Attachment 61642

Lots of suede sneakers on YOOX.COM For your other styles, search the footwear categories in YOOX http://www1.yoox.com/YOOX/SNEAKERS/m...17CD7/dept/men. Thank you! Very helpful.

Borrelli shoes - looking for similar

I enquired about getting the shoes shipped but the shop that stocked them was so far away from where I live; it made what looks like a slightly above average looking shoe too expensive. So yes you are right it is partly a money issue. I really wasn't expecting it to be such a challenge to find...

I've looked online for several hours now and haven't found anything similar. Can anyone help?

Borrelli shoes - looking for similar

I know it's a lot to ask but links to specific shoes would be massively appreciated. For example I've seen many dark blue deck shoes but none with a natural sole, they tend to be white. And I've seen lots of sneakers / trainers that are this construction but none that look like suede.

Borrelli shoes - looking for similar

I'm looking for some shoes for the coming season and really like the following Borrelli shoes. Since I don't have a Borrelli store anywhere near me I thought I'd enroll the help of the experts. Your task should you except is to find very close matches that can be bought online. "”

    Style - rules.

Those are all valid points. However, would the kind of person who needs assistance want to read your envisioned book (just the required length and, between that and the pictures, cost might be intimidating), and why wouldn't he be better off with personal assistance? Valid point but the average...

What I'm trying to produce could be called an encyclopedia on mens style. I very much like the idea of having a pictorial index in this guide also.

One way of putting the style guide together would be to bring the experts from this site together. Each contributing to a chapter of subject. I have read some amazing posts on this forum about shoes and suits. The guide could be distilling the best information from this site into an organised...

They could be anybodies: it’s called a ‘Quarter Brogue’ - straight toe cap, no heel cap (counter). Every English manufacturer (and many non-English ones) will have this style in their catalogue. Here is Edward Green’s take (style ‘Asquith’): Very nice. Would you happen to know if Edward Green...

James Bluesky- I have a book called: " Gentleman's Guide to Grooming and Style" written by Bernhard Roetzel. The emphasis is on British and Italian style. It also includes American style although limited. I think Alan Flusser's "Dressing the Man" is marketed more for the American male. I have...

Well.... High collars without ties? That's rather odd...I've never heard of such a thing. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......... It seems odd that he advocates wearing brown shoes with nothing but navy and gray suits...what should one wear with brown, olive, and tan suits? SATOR: a POW check may not be a...

For the last couple of months I've been working on a pretty comprehensive guide to buying suits. My goal is to be concise while only touching on history and some of the other pedantic details while focusing on construction and choosing the right suit for each individual. Sooo...I might be...

Right I wish that that there was more crossover between the MC and the SW&D subfora. I was a proponent for the creation of the Streetwear forum, but it seems like ever since the MC forum was split, there have been two parallel communities that rarely interact. I know that you are there...

Feel free to PM me if you like. I have lots of other commitments right now, but would be interested in participating in your project. I am probably one of few on this board who could speak to a broad range of styles. A major difficulty I see immediately are that all presciptive "style" books...
