What are some cheaper alternatives to RL's casual line?

Has anyone had any experience with Creed's Erolfa? My sister is begging me to buy it and to be honest I like it too but well, looking at the price tag I don't want to be making a mistake. Hey there, I need a jacket for the winter but I have a really tight budget, about 45 euros. I'm in Paris for a few days so I thought maybe someone knows of a good place. A problem I often have with coats or jackets is that the sleeves are too long. Yes, I have short arms.- The Stranger
