    andrewro, a-rock: I'm 5'9", 172 lbs. Size M T-shirts. The brand is AA. obesitykills: not sure on bicep size i can figure that out later. chest size is 40 last i got it measured. not sure if that helps.

    Get bigger arms. Haha, trying!! My arms aren't super-skinny, I'd say they're above-average muscular. In order to fill out the sleeves of my T-shirts I'd need some serious, serious guns.
