    Certo Tailors

Any opinions of Certo in Secaucus, NJ? The guy used to be a big boxing trainer and has owned his shop for years. I need some suits altered and I want them done right. Is he a safe bet?

    Ralph Lauren Shoes

I picked up a beautiful pair of Ralph Lauren Black Calf "Baleric" shoes today. I paid $96 for them at a discounter. They are made in Italy but that's all I know about them. Does anyone know who Polo uses to manufacture shoes? Thanks.

    Sym's Store Bash Sale

Sym's is having their Bash Sale through President's Day. I picked up a Jhane Barnes suit for $230 and a Hugo Boss suit for $260 and a pair of cap toe Mezlans for $48. You have to weed through the crap their but you can sometimes find a gem or two.

    Jantzen confirmation

I got a confirmation from Ricky that he got my order for 14 shirts. It took about 2 weeks to confirm, but I believe things are getting better over there. Now, how long do you think it'll be before I actually see shirts?

    www.dress-for-success.com Any Opinions?

They seem to have a good reputation. They only charge $20 a shirt and although they only use Egyptian 80s for fabric, I was thinking of giving them a shot to make some sport shirts. Anybody use them?

    Century 21 Find

I went to the Century 21 Outlet in Secaucus today. There's never a big selection at the outlet and a lot of the suits don't have trousers that match. However, I did find an Isaia solid grey suit in a 40R marked down to $319 from $899. The tag said it originally went for $2499. I love that place.

    Zegna suit

I've found a source for made in Italy 3 button Zegna suits for $699. I think that is a really good deal. Here's my dilemma. I wear size 39R and they are only available in even sizes. Obviously, it will have to be tailored but should I go with a 40 or a 38?
