    What brand of running shoes do you wear?

    Asics Gel Kayano 15's I got on sale. I've been meaning to hit the local New Balance store though for a proper fitting. I plan on getting more serious with my running, and I think it's best I get the right shoes (cushion vs. stability?).

    Flip Flops, Flip-Flops, Flipflops: All Lousy in Most Settings

    I use flip flops indoors, but I admit I do use them publicly as well if im making a quick run to the corner drugstore or grocery, and only in summer weather (when im wearing shorts/t-shirt). If im going to be out for an extended period of time, then I do put on some shoes.

    How many of you can wear denim to work?

    Staff Accountant for a medium sized company, and we can only wear jeans on fridays, or whatever day ends a workweek (for instance jeans allowed on thursday's if friday is a holiday). Company goes uber casual, they also allow t-shirts (in good condition with no racy images or offensive language).

    Picked up a pair of New Balance 992's for $89.90. Great price for a classic sneaker (and great running shoe). The lowest I remember seeing them go for was about $115 (usually $125-$130).

    Luckily the company I work for skipped business casual all together on Fridays, and just went to straight casual wear (just no shorts, and t-shirts with offensive images/wording). For me that means jeans/khakis, AA t-shirt or Lacoste Polo, and sneakers (sambas or stan smiths).
