How much butter do you use in your cooking?
My general opinion is that the amount of fat and what sort should be decided by what kind of dish you're making. Since I'm scandinavian (and/or ignorant) I don't have a clue as to what EVOO is but it sounds nasty, butter is healthy as long as it's consumed in a healthy and appropriate amount...- Soth

The fit looked good and I loved the tie. I just had to give you crap about looking a little geeky in the pic. Nothing against the way you dress.
