I took my dad to a mytailor fitting for fathers day and had a couple of shirts made and they came back with a pretty good fit needing only a slight alteration or two. Yeah, they are the biggest tailor shop in my city. There isn't anybody else. They do shirts for deputatees and local celebrities and think they are top ****. wtf is a deputatee?- brittain

pretty good for a first effort. I agree you could use a little more length. The cuffs look a little big to me, but thats personal preference, and I like mine snug.
