For the first time, they said ups had delivered the wrong number address. For the second time, they didn't send me tracking Dhl. They did not notify, and after I emailed, they answered it 4 days later.- mufaga

I could not believe it, I had twice ordered carmina shoes and both times they were delaying, then announced the loss. For the first time, they dumped for the Ups, the second time they said Dhl lost. after 66 days of waiting, and this is how they solve. I'm too disappointed about Carmia USA.- mufaga
