He's my go to at this point. Not blown away, but seems fairly competent. Admittedly, I feel like I have no idea what I'm going to be charged. He seems to have a decent eye though. At least for fit. A lot of the suits they sell there look tacky AF.- Mr Stevens

I go to Ricardo's as my usual tailor. I think he's pretty good and it's in line with SF preferences. He does good work, but isn't the cheapest. Sounds less expensive than Jonathan though. Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?
You might check out the NMWA BST thread since it seems a lot of folks are selling theirs there. Alternatively, there are also a lot of places (including Valstar) to get A1 jackets that might be slightly more classic, depending if you prefer flight jackets vs the western look.- Mr Stevens

Was it just VAT inclusive or even more? By my calculation, the US prices are 45% too high if you consider what they should be without VAT. Apologies if this has already been discussed, but anybody else notice wildly different prices in the US from the UK? If you want to ship to the US it "converts" to USD but this is no normal currency conversion. I get that the pound is down, but c'mon. £295 coat including VAT converts to $450...- Mr Stevens
