    My arm broke out pretty bad. I noticed this the last time I was looking at suits. The last suit I tried on was a BB 346, which has lycra (spandex). I really don't know what the linings are made out of either. I guess I need to go to an allergy specialist.

    The suit is too big for you. But a smaller size wouldn't be fitted right either. Find another cut. I think that might explain it. Can you give me a definition of cut? I'm guessing it is just cut to different body types (i.e. athletic fit, etc.). That is probably why the 44R doesn't fit well...
