Good stuff. I have 2 pairs of corpus and wear one regularly. My cast 1s got worn for years and are completely beat up. Corpuses aren’t as destroyed. My deadstock visual on the cast 1 from 13ish must have faded.

Obsidians in the earlier days had a different texture. The inside was lead color. The more you wore them, the more they turned into a shiny lead. Stretch obsidians had stretch and the cast 1 obsidians did not. I believe the cast 1 obsidian was the same 2x1 weave as the cast two selvedge stretch...

Yeah. Could have sized down to medium, but there was a lot of back pull when zipped up.

@WhaleShark good call on the ash / sd Folsom / anorak. Don’t have the leather calderas though

@nsubrmnn nice review. I’m an early victim of spot cleaning w my surplus. hoping it will fade into itself.

kake. Replica has that stiff and self sitting, if that’s the term, high hood. Feels like the kake could benefit in the neckline

My daze coasts feel like the perfect dad jean. 40 y/o dad…not complaining. Mostly hype, nothing special. Enjoying and wearing them regularly, but the Cast 2s feel special in comparison.

Guessing a 26 oz kake. Might be heavy enough to keep the neck up.

TTS. Possibly a size down for skinner dudes. Longer sleeves than the university. In comparison to Folsom regular, it’s about the same. Feels softer. Added comparison to grey uni and washed black reconstructed.

Good call. I've been wearing my cool greys alot lately. Intended on passing on the cool greys due to the metallic toe and heel guards looking somewhat taupe compared to the grey suede. It's not as noticeable w/o studio lighting and meshes well with washed tees. The foam ankle collar cushioning...

Folsom lineup. Sundrenched Folsom sort of makes the regular Folsom look amateur. It’s more Sundrenched than the first iteration of Sundrenched. Sundrenched red Sundrenched black Muscle tee natural womans Cadet / trail shorts mist / cool grey runner

Yes, less room. I have a wide foot, so there aren’t too many shoes that don’t initially feel restrictive to me. However, they’ve broken in well and have no discomfort. The toebox / sidewall, around the 5th metatarsal, has spilled over the sole a bit. My wife has a skinny foot and the shoe has...

I’m 10.5 w 43s in all runners. My big toe hits where the toe guard and suede strip meets. Slightly more towards the toe than the yellow line in your white runner pic. The toe box has stretched in width. I did find the white pair to fit more snug than shark suede and black.

Dyed unis / non mainline don’t either. I’ve noticed it w all the recycled cotton mainline unis.

Great color, but it’s one of those pre-laundered bacon neck colors.

Perfect timing. Just packed my bag for the day. Not ideal, but the double bag also works as a laptop sleeve when the bag is too full. It’s been reliable for 5 days now

The trail shorts might be my favorite JE shorts to date. For what it’s worth, I own 17 different silhouettes of JE shorts dating back to inception. I live on the beach, so the bright colors work well for me. They do have a side flare like the AAU, but the rigidness of the nylon keeps it in...

Feels like I’m the only one on team grey sole. The washed vibe of the upper w the grey hits. Pure white may be ok, but I’m skeptical the ivory may become a bit busy by adding a different neutral. The ivory sole becomes more ivory in time. W/e though. Make them w ivory too lol Reconstructed...

Unfortunately, that’s what I was told in store. Think it has something to do w the moon grey sole availability, but I’m not certain.
