I see. I think my best bet would be to find some cable temple covers to increase the comfort. Or maybe I can find some stiffer ones that would increase the curve's radius a bit. If anyone has specific suggestions, it would be appreciated.- wa27

Awesome, thanks for the insight! Knowing they're that old makes me hesitant to wear them, but I do like them and I'm not one who would spend $100 on another pair. Is it safe to bend the earpieces to make them fit looser (slightly "unroll" the temples so they're effectively longer)? These are so...- wa27

I picked up these Aviators in an auction lot and I know nothing about their history. The top simply says "RAY-BAN" and the inside of each earpiece says "ARCO". The nose pieces are a kind of marbled-orange color. The ear pieces are bare metal and look kind of spiraled and discolored. I assume the...- wa27
