Official Sales Alert thread - sales, coupon and discount codes

Yes that's what I was thinking. Another 20% and I'll get a couple things. I think the last Archive sale was 2 years ago. Got some great deals. I stayed out of the MrP. CF. Not worth the hassle.

On the Bakers Oak. Is it heavier/thicker than Sedgwick?

Equus Leather - English Handstitched Bridle Leather Belts - Official Affiliate and Review Thread

I've purchased twice from Equus. Could not be happier with the quality or service! The first purchase went through O'Hare in a couple days. The second was there for probably a week. Three weeks sounds excessive.

    Filson Bag Thread: With Pictures

"One thing I will say about Filson...I find it absurd that they are offering beat up restored bags for those insane prices." Those bags sell as fast as they offer them. People want the beat up look. Watch them on eBay, those kind of bags always sell high. Good business move for Filson. They...

    Filson Bag Thread: With Pictures

While the brief tote is not pretty it is a very functional utility bag. I use mine as a sport and travel bag. It is much larger than a true briefcase. The wife's comment "looks like something I'd want if I was stranded on a mountain". A true Filson product.

Frye Engineer Boots - Fit Question

The shaft on traditional Engineer boots are large to tuck pants into. Unless you can pull of this look or ride a motorcycle best to stay away. http://www.freecodesource.com/album-covers/B00004T1HA--lou-reed-the-bells-album-cover.html Slouchy ankles are a trademark style in fryes fashion line...

    Frye Boots

I think they're all Goodyear welt but haven't checked. One point of interest, frye doesn't have a lower tier of boots unlike most other makers. I stopped and looked at boots the other day and saw one I liked but once I felt it and looked close I saw it was a second tier imported model made by...

    Frye Boots

Not my style but popular in the north east. I went with the rogan shearling for this winter. More of a combat style boot. I really like the Dakota cap toe wedge they have there. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Frye Boots

I have never owned Redwing so no direct comparison. If your looking at an American made model I'd say go for it. (I'm happy with the Mexican made also) You can find older models on sale but current models will usually be FRP. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Frye Boots

I love my Frye boots. I'm not sure why they get so little notice here. Maybe it's that there staples are considered biker boots and western style. I own three pair. The "Prison boot" (US) this boot is built like a tank, took some time to break in. It's built to last not for comfort, wear...
