Ask A Question, Get An Answer... - Post All Quick Questions Here (Classic menswear)

Hello StyleForum! I'm looking for reccomendations for replacement buttons for a Tan Linen Sport Coat. I bought a Brooks Brothers Linen sport coat for summer goodtimes. It's your standard Tan/Camel color. Same coat as what I found here but mine's in better shape...

What are you drinking right now?

I get Bundaberg Ginger Beer, regularly which I think is a lot cheaper but I'm not going to do the multiple conversions this late on a friday. There's also an unfiltered ginger beer in california that comes with a real spicy kick in the face.

What are you drinking right now?

Ginger beer is perhaps the best mixer of all time. Try it with a Jigger of spicy rye and a lemon twist. Called a Presbyterian if I am not mistaken.

I think Indochino's style or pattern is really only for skinny stick-legged bastards. I'm 6'2" and 210lbs and they couldn't get my proportions...

What are you drinking right now?

The Vieux Carre - has been my springtime flavor jam. 1oz Rye Whiskey - I like Old Overholt 1oz Punt e Mes 1oz Cognac .25 oz Benedictine DOM - or less, this goes a long way. Dash Peychaud's & Dash Angostura Stir in ice and strain into coup glass or over a big ice cube in a highball...

dress like a slob to fit in? what's your advice?

Just own it and be proud. Since you are just starting out you'll have a workplace identity attached to you, might as well be "The well dressed buff guy." rather than "That guy who has hotsauce in his desk drawer."

    Indochino suits?

Take your own measurements carefully and plan to have it re-sized. I went to an Indochino fitting event and was measured for and then bought a Tuxedo from Indochino and it arrived way too small for me. When I took it to my tailor he opened up the lining and found that there wasn't enough...
