Shoe Damage Report & Appreciation Central - Part I
Not sure in this is the right place for a damage question...but I have a pair of shoes that were in a checked bag that arrived with a little gouge in the heel. I had them polished but it is still driving me nuts. I was wondering if this kind of damaged can be minimized in any way?- raindogbc

stylish eye glasses
I've had two pair of rimless and have not had any problems at all. By far my favorite pair is by Wolfgang Katzer--titanium frames that are so light you forget you're wearing them. Critique the fit please
Hey, I have a pair of Ike Nifus I get more compliments on than any jean I wear. I'm guessing those are Picklewagon's, $160--$180 rack rate? I wish they made an Ike Nifus in Raw. So I'm a Philistine...they fit me great. That's the kind of jean to wear when your going to watch a good game...- raindogbc

Any reco's for a vacuum cleaner?
My vac just died. I have someone clean the house every two weeks but run the vac a couple times in between. all hardwoods. I want something that can suck a golf ball through a garden hose...small...mobile...easy to handle...quick to put away. I'm willing to pay for quality.- raindogbc

Advice on sport coats
I'll go to some conferences and at many evening functions all one sees are navy blazers. I'm sick to death of the navy blazer. Any suggestions for alternatives that won't make me look like an idiot at said conferences? Also, can I get some suggestions for colors and patterns that go...- raindogbc

Why do you prefer the Curve to the 8830? The Curve is not currently an option on VZW, the 8830 is. Me, I like the keyboard on the curve better. The keys are shaped differently and are slightly raised. For me typing is easier and I make fewer mistakes. It also has a camera, while the WE does...- raindogbc
