    Mr. Porter Kingsman collection

I haven't heard anything real regarding Huntsman making either the suits for the movie or the collection (everything just says that Huntsman served as inspiration for the collection and movie), but found this article on financial times...

Incorrect. You can swap trousers on a number of Napoli suits as well as the Havana above. But you do need to contact their CS for this or visit a store.

HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part IV (starting May 2014)

I strongly disagree about the chelsea boots. A patterned SC coupled with a knit tie and button-down shirt is about as casual as it gets. Nice outfit on your end though. I generally dislike red SCs, but you somehow make it look good. Not bad at all @Dennis Walter

This is untrue. I live in Europe and ordered 2 shirts one year ago and with all the fees they came to about 75€ per shirt. But anyway, SS do have nice shirts. I would avoid the cheapest shirts, but anything from there has a nice price-quality ratio.

Easy to maintain and resistant to deformation, they're the definitive seasonal essential. For nearly a hundred years, the Ferla fabric mill in Biella has...

The Tailors' Thread: Fit Feedback and Alteration Suggestions

Thought I should post this here also. I know the pics aren't the best. Pretty happy with my new Hudson. Still, I'd like some opinions from the heavy-hitters. Thoughts? Sleeves and pants need shortening and maybe thinking of taking in the waist a tad.

I agree, didn't have anyone nearby atm to take pics and was a bit rushed. :embar: Thanks for the feedback though, I think I'm going to keep it. I'll see what my tailor can do about the pants.

24 and 38S are the same thing, it's the size. Some call it a 24, some a 38S or a 48S. The S stands for 'short', designed for men with shorter upper bodies and hands (and shorter men ofc). P345817 is the product code.

    Rivieras Shoes Sizing

I wear a 7.5UK (or a 41.5) size in most of my shoes and I wear a size 41 in my Rivieras. I would recommend to size down if you're between sizes, otherwise keep your size (if you have fairly normal feet).

^ Thanks for the input. Now I just need to decide between the Lazio and Havana. Maybe I'll order both and keep one.

^Thanks, I was actually looking at that too. Well, I wear a suit very seldom, as I'm a student, so I don't mind being a little cold now and then. I've needed a suit around 5 times in the past 12 months. And one can easily get away with wearing something light-weight during winter (and possibly...

What color for first pair of nice business casual shoes?

Burgundy is surprisingly versatile, works with khakis too (just the color, the style might not on the other hand). I would go for dark brown derbys though, if your wardrobe is very casual. Just make sure the model is versatile, not just the color. Start building a collection from there! An...

So, I'm looking to buy my first SS suit sometime soon. I had a hit and miss with a Napoli last fall and I'm pretty sure that fit isn't for me (a sizedown might work but I'd rather try another fit). I'm looking for something that's versatile, either in Lazio or Havana. I'd like to be able to...

Nice fit @ScottMC How did you size in the brentwood trousers? The lack of belt loops leads to the fact that the waist needs to be spot on. The SS measurements (yeah I know, I know) suggests that I should size down for a better fit. What do you think, did you size down? e. Suitsupply answered...

    Giovanni bresciani slim fit suits

Half-canvassed with decent fabrics and most importantly, a good fit, is always going to be of good value for sub-500 dollars.

    Barbanera Shoes

^ Looks interesting. Price-point is high, but they seem to be GW with good materials. I'm not a fan of the design, there's a few nice looking shoes but for the most part nothing for me. If you like them, I'm sure the quality is good and they will last a long time, resole after resole. I'm...
