Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

Hmmmm. I have been offered a replacement - 7 weeks (at least) wait though. I've been aching for these shoes for a bit and now I have this quandary.

Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

Bought these new, full price - what are others' judgments of whether this is worth getting niggly about? They've been worn once for a few hours. Angled tab on the right shoe. Broken stitching on the heel. They are Nutmeg suede Cardiffs on the 202.

    Shoes... ruined?

Have you tried Meguiar's wheel brightener?... Re buffing. One normally does it twice. An hour or two after, then a day a later. If you want a shine, you have to flatten and then layer the polish again and again. This requires mostly water and handwork. Only tiny amounts of polish. It's a real...

    Shoes... ruined?

If they're a truly beaten pair, not polished for yonks, I wait 24 hours before buffing. But with a normal polish, I'd wait an hour to several hours and then buff - BUT - 24 hours nonetheless, I still do another buff when the remaining polish is hardened and easier to flatten and/or remove...

The Watch Appreciation Thread (Reviews and Photos of Men's Timepieces by Rolex, Patek Philippe, Brei

Do not buy a new Rolex. They are no longer well made and display all the general characteristics of design and machining that most other Swiss giants do. If you want a Rolex, get a mint one that is pre-2005. I was recently speaking to one of the world's top Rolex dealer/collectors and he...

It's unlikely Double Monk will have sales. It's not really how they want to roll - their prices are about as low as they can go already and Chris can hold onto stock, nor does a sale fit into the kind of image they want to cultivate. Tony and Sebastian at AT do sales once or twice a year...

So by "character on campus" you mean object of "undying love or sexual fantasies"? So you worry about becoming such? It definitely is concerning..... At least your friends had the temerity to speculate about the inadvertent fuss you'd likely caused online. Someone's bringing sexy back.
