Ask A Question, Get An Answer... - Post All Quick Questions Here (Classic menswear)

Is it ok to wear brown shoes to a job interview? I just got out of a university class regarding professionalism in the workplace. The professor said to always wear black shoes to a job interview. I have always heard that black or a conservative brown was acceptable. What's the right answer?

Clever. I'll look into it. It's over 100 degrees here everyday, so yeah, people sweat. I was simply concerned with the sleeves. I will be wearing a tie so it's no big deal on the collar, but I agree that the visible crew neck and shirt combo isn't a flattering one.

Ask A Question, Get An Answer... - Post All Quick Questions Here (Classic menswear)

This is a total noob question, but I get different answers everywhere I ask so I'm going to ask the people who know. When wearing a white (dress) shirt, what is the rule for undershirts? Some say no undershirts because you can see the sleeves of the undershirt if one is not wearing a jacket...

    The Official Hair Thread

I've been in a phase where I haven't been too partial to sideburns, but Patrick definitely has the style nailed. I'm also a fan of the fades.

    The Official Hair Thread

I'm unsure if I want to go that long, and I don't really like bangs. I was thinking more of a pushed back look. My hair is more like this when it gets long: I'm going to try to get this length and then decide if I want to go longer or maintain. I've had short hair for so long now...

    The Official Hair Thread

Lately I have been getting my haircut with clippers (#2) on the sides and back, and scissor trimming the top to a moderate length. As far as styling goes, I either sport a messy spike/fauxhawk for casual occasions/everyday and then for more formal events I part it. I'm looking to grow my hair...
