How does the Hiro compare to the New Rey in terms of width? I picked up a New Rey recently and I'd want to switch lasts for an MTO, but I love the width of the New Reys and don't want to risk getting a wider shoe. Also, is there any difference in the instep between the two lasts?- violin spiders

Meermin Mallorca Shoes
I literally just opened a package containing those shoes a half hour ago. Kind of wish I'd known to go up half a size, though, as there's a massive (1.5") gap in the lacing. Okay, I don't know if I'm doing it wrong, but I've noticed that my shoes seem to be much more susceptible to water damage after applying Saphir Renovateur.
