    What get used pretty much everyday - Instant read analog thermometer Victorinox boning knife - cheap, easily sharpened and most all-around useful knife I've found Anolon santoku w/grantons Sabatier slicer (Fr. Sab rocks, avoid the Chinese stuff)

    Length of jacket seems short, but would be okay as a going-out of an evening outfit, as long as you stick with the open collar. Sorry, but I think it'll look a bit gangly with a tie.

There is a perception that since merchandise is donated, that it shoud be practically given away. This fails to take into account all the costs...
