    Can someone help me

Ok, that wasn't my initial intention. But I'll leave. Ignore him. Srsly. Notice he keeps saying "us"? I'll give you a bit of advice about that. When people say "we/us" instead of "I/me", they're telling you that they have nothing on their own. He needs to present himself as having a backing...

    Can someone help me

I'm embarrassed for the self-absorbed, self-righteous bunch of babies throwing tantrums over this thread. I'd be very surprised if even a third of these sniffling twits have a social life at all. How do I know? They'd have their asses kicked right quick and proper if they behaved like this...

Epaulet shop - Official Affiliate thread

If I wear a 34 in the rivet chino what size would I be in the jeans ? I am worried about the thigh being to tight in the 34. Should I size up to a 36? Will the waste be to big? Thanks. I'm a true 34 and I bought the 34" jeans. They fit true-to-size. I don't need a belt, nor are they too snug...

Folks, if you haven't already... go abuse Epaulet with your wallet and grab a pair of the Streaky Smiths for $75 shipped. Cone denim in a unique streaky look. Awesome. At least go look at them. Thank you Epaulet. Sure...

    PRPS Denim - Any Opinions?

I thought about buying these, but didn't. Still "curious" about measurements though. Measured them for you: My tagged 34 (Barracuda, raw, Heirloom) is 18" across. That's after a wash + dryer, then a boiling water soak +dryer. They ain't gonna shrink any more than that. They're very long, which...

    PRPS Denim - Any Opinions?

Yeah, I got a pair to shrink, but not enough. And I tried boiling water after that. And as you say they'll stretch even more... bah. Thanks for your advice. I didn't ignore it... I was pretty much on the way to the washing machine when I posted that.

    PRPS Denim - Any Opinions?

My pairs from the Gilt sale arrived today. The size 34 I bought are actually like 36 or 38... I'll measure them later if anyone is curious. I called Gilt about sizing before placing my order and was told they were TTS. I'm feeling pretty disappointed at the moment, although it's not directed at...

    Naked and famous denim

No, the Weird Guy has the most tapered leg of the 3 N&F cuts. The Slim Guy and Skinny Guy both have straight legs, the Slim Guy is the loosest of the 3 cuts and the Skinny Guy is the tightest. Thanks a lot for this!

    Crooks & Castles Denim

Ah, so we are the ones hung up on brandism. Tell me, how did you decide to order a pair of $80 "selvage" jeans on the Internet without ever having seen them? Nothing to do with the brand I'm sure haha... who is the "we" you're talking about? I was responding to your pedantic "Only 12 year...

    Crooks & Castles Denim

^Don't listen to all these tards getting all butthurt. The worst part about SW&D is the whiny assholes that like to trash everyone that doesn't agree with their narrow view of what is acceptable/aesthetically pleasing. Your jeans fit pretty well btw. Obviously, you can do a lot better, but...

    Crooks & Castles Denim

I thought I was giving a heads-up on some decent denim for a decent price, but I've learned my lesson. Some folks are hung up on brands to an extreme... reminds me of junior high.

    Crooks & Castles Denim

I know what you mean. If I knew C&C by its T-shirts first, I probably would not have looked at the denim. But this was a very pleasant surprise (to me).

    Crooks & Castles Denim

Is there any love (other than mine) for Crooks & Castles denim? I don't know much about Crooks & Castles except that I bought some wonderful jeans for $88 from its online store. These are the "Royalton Pant" Selvedge Made in Canada Raw Stiff Unsanforized (my 34 was 36" when I got it, but shrunk...

Ask a Question, Get an Answer - ask all quick questions here

Question: There are/were some boots/shoes that are similar to Doc Martens. I remember seeing them in the '90s. They have curly (maybe even a spiral) stitching or leatherwork on the sides, but otherwise look pretty close to Docs. They looked well-made, on par or above Docs, and I believe they...

    PRPS Denim - Any Opinions?

Ah, good. I just read the last few posts and I'm relieved. I'm a 34 and I bought a few pairs of the PRPS Baraccuda raw ($69!!!) in size 34 from the Gilt sale a few hours ago. Glad to know they're going to fit me well. I'm gonna be stocked up on denim for a while.
