Which one is higher end: Lacoste Polo or Ralph Lauren Polo?

Polo = baggier fit in body, but made for guys with small arms Lacoste = trimmer fit although arms fit better To me, quality is similar although I agree each have pros and cons. I prefer Prada sport and Tom Ford to both, mainly for the cut, although I have a few Lacoste "vintage" t-shirts that...

Are G&G sizes similar to Edward Green?

For another data point, I wear a 9/9.5 in EG 82 last and the same size in G&G's DG70 last

    Tom Ford S/S 2010

really? I loved the peak lapels. the flair was definitely what sold me. that said, I didn't buy this suit for professional occasions. I'll post pics here someday, hopefully sooner than later. problems with that are threefold though. 1) my camera has no remote, 2) my wife has done a terrible job...

    Tom Ford S/S 2010

late reply to this thread... I bought a Tom Ford suit over the weekend at the boutique in las vegas. It is a solid charcoal gray, 3-piece, peak lapels, etc. Made in Switzerland (obviously Zegna). MSRP $3450. Next to it was the same suit in navy, "MADE IN ITALY" (Zegna too). MSRP $4250 I didn't...

High-end briefcases for the modern gentleman

Zegna for briefcases, no no no I'm sure they're nice, but if you really want to step up to the plate, check out Swaine Adeney Brigg or Dunhill. or valextra for something more modern

The shoe repair shop creased my pair of cordovan chukkas...

since reading this thread and posting last night, I may have gained some new insight into the matter... I am wearing my RL Gifford shell chukkas today and they have creases on the side similar (although not as deep) as the one on the OPs pair. While the repair shop probably did something to...

The shoe repair shop creased my pair of cordovan chukkas...

that crease does look bad... you should at least take them back and tell them they need to do everything they can to repair/disguise it for you. if you need a new cobbler, try Beehive Shoeworks at wells and washington. been going there for years and they are A+. and the woman who runs it LOVES...

    Isaia vs Oxxford

my tailor made substantial alterations to my Oxxford suit and was praising the handwork and construction

    Isaia vs Oxxford

Oxxford = far superior construction and more "bang for your buck", especially at that price You can judge which fits better based on the model. My experience is that Oxxford fits/cuts don't tend to be the most flattering.

    Signet rings

hey wherever you like to wear it. I think WAYWYRN is un-censored, so you should go for it sometime... kiton shoes, rolex watch, bespoke lesser 10oz navy suit, RLPL shirt, protruding cock + custom shell cordovan signet cockring. of course, that would best be paired with Mr. Moo's cock and balls...

Colors to wear for light skin/dark hair/dark eyes?

I have your coloring. best colors: navy blue, light blue, pink good colors: white, lavender, black, gray bad colors: green, red, yellow brown is also good in combinations (but not on its own) since it will pick up your eyes/hair... for instance, try pairing a brown sport coat with a light...
