    Ok last time I’ll respond as I’m making my self look about as dumb as I am. The MP used to use a thin layer of cork to stop squeaks from the leather on leather. The corking part of that process was stopped before my time. I’ve watched the MP being built from start to finish hundreds of times...

    Didn’t say they shouldn’t be compared. Just said a better comparison would be a 350. The MP is more of a dress boot. Still hand welted, hand sewn with stitch down construction. It’s meant to be a sleeker boot. That’s the entire point of the thinner midsole and heal counter.. if you want...

    5050 last is coming very soon. Already some boots in house built on it. I refuse to wear a boot without arch ease in it anymore and for those that feel the same I can promise that it’s a game changer for the MP and dress boots.

    Saw some people asking about waxed flesh patina. These are brown waxed flesh on my wife’s 350 Crusiers with a full lug sole. About 3 months on these. She wears them any time we do backpacking trips for the ankle support. Heavy as hell but she won’t use anything else.
