I've used a few colors of this fabric from Luxire before buying my Stoffa trousers. https://luxire.com/products/gov-brown-canvas-54002_102?_pos=1&_psq=linen+cotton+canvas&_ss=e&_v=1.0 I know it's a linen/cotton blend but they do feel comparable.- upflup

I have a ~35/36" waist with a 42" seat and I really like how the 52 fits me. There's a bit of room in the waist that can be taken in but the side tabs or belt loops make it unnecessary.- upflup
