If you find the right tailor you might be surprised what they could do with a 48L by taking a lot out of the back seam all the way down and adjusting the front accordingly. I did a double take as well. I think they are dead to him, maybe. I am less final but I'm not helping the MT customer service to improve by lowering my standards. I received an order last week so they are not out of business.- unsuitable

I am in the same boat today. On my last order (4 shirts) I chose "express shipping". This cost me $72 USD and the shipping took over 10 days.
