The 100HV (Honey Vibram) is much more comfortable for prolonged standing. It's quite soft and springy, but since it's softer, it wears more quickly. In my experience, that would be completely wrong. When comparing equal stated sizes, the 5050 last feels both shorter and narrower than the 55. My MP's were built on the 5050 combo last and are in size 12D. They feel significantly smaller than my 4811 Smokejumpers (in size 12D) and my Brit Tan Semi-Dress (55 last) in size 12D. To me, the 5050 feels both shorter and narrower than the 55 or the 4811 in the same size.- ThreeLions

the 4811 has higher arches and more toe room when compared to the 5050. It also appears less sleek. It’s definitely a chunkier boot. My (not so humble) opinion is that the 55 last results in the best looking boot, but the 4811 is the most comfortable. Your mileage may vary.- ThreeLions
