I think the answer to your question is obvious. If you want to know if a suit is bespoke or custom made then ask the person wearing it. Just bought a new suit, looking for a shirt to match!
Crepe is not a woman's fabric. However it is a casual fabric, Clubby. I made a black crepe for a client a few years ago and he only wore it casually and out to clubs. He loved it.
