hi-wow that sounds great!- i always crave carbs by lunch and so have been on a sandwich binge for too long> Avocado with tuna, sundried tomato and onion does the trick but the combo of proteins with carbs is a nono for the waist line- by any standards if youre 40 plus-- theres a belief here...- Sharkey
